This policy explains what Adepts Advanced Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects when you buy and use our plugins through portal.adepts.in, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address.
- License activations — the site domain, site URL, IP address, WordPress and plugin versions, and a non-reversible site fingerprint, recorded when your plugin activates or checks in.
- Payments — processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We receive confirmation and a payment reference; we do not store your card or bank details.
- Essential cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your currency choice.
How we use it
- To deliver license keys and the plugin files you’re entitled to.
- To validate activations and enforce your plan’s seat limit.
- To provide updates and support, and to send essential emails (license delivery, sign-in links, renewal reminders).
- To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s necessary with our payment provider (Razorpay) to take payment, and with email/hosting providers to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep account, license, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Some records (e.g. payment records) may be retained where the law requires.
