We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a plugin doesn’t work as described and we can’t resolve it for you, you’re covered.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a plugin if it does not work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

What isn’t refundable

Renewals of updates & support (please cancel before your renewal if you don’t wish to continue).
Requests made after 14 days from the original purchase.
Purchases where the issue is unrelated to the plugin’s described functionality (for example, a conflict you decline to let us help troubleshoot), or cases of abuse.

How to request a refund

Email support@adepts.in from the address on your account with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the licence is deactivated on refund.
